Tattler Summer 2015 39 HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTRE CLASSES Boxing • Get fit and have fun with our qualified trainer. Each class will take you through a high intensity session to get your heart pumping. • Tuesdays and Fridays 6.30am to 7.30am Cross Training Fit • Not for the faint hearted! • From basic skills and cardio to explosive and progressive power movements with or without resistance. Works the whole body with strength and conditioning, enhancing athletic performance. • Wednesdays and Thursdays 6.30am to 7.30am Boxercise • Combines boxing and circuit exercises giving you a whole body conditioning workout. Specifically improves mobility, strength and stamina. • Monday 5.30pm to 6.30pm • Wednesday 6.00pm to 7.00pm Swim Squad • The qualified coach will take you through the various levels from stroke correction, technique, through to programming. • Mondays and Thursdays 12.00pm to 12.45pm Running Group: • Give yourself the best chance this running season and enjoy the Brisbane sights with the Tattersall’s Running Group. A qualified level two intermediate recreational running coach leads the training sessions, helping you attain your goals. • Every Sunday from 6.40am. Meet at the main entrance, City Botanical Gardens. Yogaflow • Vinyasa styled yoga synchronising a variety of smooth flowing poses with breath. Specifically improves flexibility, strength and relieves stress. • Tuesday 12.30pm to 1.30pm • Thursday 6.00pm to 7.00pm
