Our Executive Chef, Michael Bourquin, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked at the Waldorf Astoria in New York for 17 years. During his time at the Waldorf Astoria, Michael cooked for presidents, dignitaries and heads of state. We had the pleasure of welcoming Michael to the Princeton Club 10 years ago, and since then he has created phenomenal menus and astonished our Members and their guests with his culinary masterpieces. We invite you to dine in either of our Club dining rooms. The Grill is a Member favourite featuring American fare and a more casual atmosphere. The Woodrow Wilson Room provides a more elegant and intimate experience.
