The much talked about winger added to his demand late in the year when called upon by the Wallabies, earning two caps and scoring a try in each. Such was the buzz surrounding the Kiwi-born winger that he was signed by the Reds on a full-time contract while he was still completing his schooling at Brisbane State High School at just 17 years of age. But rather than succumb to the pressure, Feauai-Sautia flourished with each opportunity and enjoyed a remarkable debut, coming on after 45 minutes to score a try in a 34-20 win over the Lions at Suncorp Stadium. NICK FRISBY Position: Scrumhalf Physical: 184cm/84kg Date of Birth: 29 October 1992 Place of Birth: Brisbane, AUS Super Rugby Caps: 18 Super Rugby Points: 15 Super Rugby Debut: Round 4, 2012 vs Sharks, Durban Test Caps: 0 Test Points: 0 Test Debut – The 2013 season was Nick Frisby’s first as a full-time member of the club and saw him add a further nine Super Rugby appearances to his name. Frisby was outstanding as a member of the Reds’ Extended Playing Squad in 2012 and was named Rookie of the Year, earning him a full contract for the 2013 season. While a scrumhalf by nature, his versatility means Frisby feels just as comfortable on the wing. Along with his Super Rugby accomplishments, Frisby was also the first-choice scrumhalf with the 2012 Australian U20 team that competed at the Junior World Championships in South Africa. He formerly gained experience as a member of the 2011 QAS Reds Academy, a position he earned following a standout 2010 season at club level, where he claimed the Colt of the Year award. In a watershed year, Frisby also captained the GPS Colts to the premiership.
