A former Junior Springbok player who has improved steadily every season, the University of Pretoria graduate is now right there amongst the best props in the competition. He is mobile for an anchor man, has good skills with ball in hand and will always be near the top when tackle count is under discussion. An honest player with a high work rate, Kirsten will be keen to impress in 2014.
