Subscription FAQs How do I apply for an OperaQ 2014 Subscription? The quickest and easiest way is to apply over the phone on 136 246 or online at operaq.com.au, alternatively you can complete the subscription form sent with your brochure or available for download at our website and post it to Opera Queensland Subscriptions c/o qtix, PO Box 3567 South Brisbane QLD 4101 Can I reserve my same seat? Subscribers may retain their same seats in the Lyric Theatre for comparable dates from year to year. Seats for the Conservatorium Theatre and the Concert Hall are strictly limited and will be allocated in the order that bookings are received. Subscribe early to reserve the best seats. Priority renewals close Monday 21 October 2013. Can I sit with my friends? If you would like to be seated with other OperaQ subscribers then please submit all applications together. If your friends are existing subscribers and you are a new subscriber and you wish to sit together this can be facilitated but may require the existing subscriber to move seats. What if I can’t attend a performance? You can exchange your tickets. Tickets may be exchanged (after 20 January 2014) at the qtix Box office, up to two working days before the performance date, for another performance of the same opera. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and an exchange fee of $3.40 per ticket applies, plus any additional costs incurred from exchanging a ticket to a higher priced reserve.
